Mr. Plumb has no idea of Constitutional Law and writes long winded nonsense letters to try to bully. He should be reported. The Bar Ass. should suspend his license. Shame on you, BOB!

My case was somewhat unique. Accused of DUI with 0.0 breath and 9ng/ml theraputic pain medication. Da wanted wet reckless as plea bargain. Mr. Plumb suspected since I was diebetic that this may have Hypoglysemic episode. He told me of several scenarios that might take place and did. He had a counter plan beforehand for them,detailed with an outcome and procedure to each one. He told me honestly my chances, reminding me that he worked for me. He consulted with collegues, doctors and experts. He was reccommended to me by word of mouth, I quote,"he's the best".Using some analogies: as follows. With him I'll take my chances. He can be in my foxhole anytime. I know he's got my back. Kick as and take names. A shark in a pond of gold fish. Does he have my recommendation! " HELL YES" !!!

Do not use Robert Plumb, for family law, in Coronado, Ca. He will take your retainer fee and disappear with it, it took me 2 years to get mine back. He has major issues and stupid excuses for his bad behavior. He needs to retire or retire in jail, yes, seriously that bad!
