This attorney seems to be successful in obtaining construction defects settlements from builders but fails to pay claimants as promised and then becomes unaccessible. His license was suspended for reasons unknown on 2/13/15. I have been trying to reach his firm, his listed paralegals, etc. by phone and email without success. That is when I decided to do more research and read reviews and found out this has happened to others on other cases going back at least 3 years.
