I saw the commercial and called the office. I spoke to a man who claimed to be the lawyer Charles Gallagher. He gave me advice on the phone and asked that I come in asap with a check for 3k. I asked if the was the guy on the commercial and he said YES! I showed up and an old grumpy man greeted me and said he was Mr. Gallagher. I asked if he was the one I spoke with on the phone and he said YES. I found him to be rude and obnoxious, he asked for my check before I had time to go through my legal issue. The attorney Mr. Gallagher later came in and was continually interrupted by the old grumpy man (his father). He kept asking his father to settle down and relax. Long story short, they recommended a path that would cost me quite a bit and involve significant litigation. The matter was resolved very quickly with a phone call to the other party and did not involved heavy litigation. I am sure the attorney Gallagher is competent but his father is a bully and moron!

Charles Gallagher was recommended to me by another lawyer for dealing with a mortgage issue. While his fee seemed pricey, he ultimately saved me thousands. He did as he said he would and in less time than estimated. I found his firm had a team atmosphere and I was included. I was satisfied and I would highly recommend his firm.

Talk about a ripoff. This son and dad scammed me out of thousands of dollars and did practically nothing. I blame myself for sending a large sum of money. I got 1 copy of a letter charging the company I sued wth mold violations . I had all documents for my claims and provided them. Never heard from them again unless I called. Asked for consult 3 times and got Bull. Chip was patronizing and condescending. I kept calling for information, documentation, strategy, anything. Charles was rude and gave flippant responses with no answers. They had me paying $525 every two weeks and after 3 months,I felt they would do nothing. The 1st call they ever initiated was when I didn't send in payments, Chip (in a panic)said he needed the money to pay for expenses, staff etc, He said the company I sued would nail me if I didn't continue..I said "no results or info; no money". 2 lawyers said I was scammed and gave me info as to where to report them and believe me, I am! AVOID THESE GUYS !!

this lawyer contacted me after I had an inspection done on a toxic property,he made sooo many promises,weekly updates,etc.He knew I was sick and had just lost a husband and knew at times I was unable to see,he assured me everything could be taken care of.He would not return phone calls and developed his own fast talking response so you couldn,t understand him missed filing deadlines and caused me to loose everything.I lost hundreds of thousands of dollars due to his lies.I wished I had known he has the reputation he has from the get go.Like I stated HE contacted me and I was sick and believed he would do as he said.I am in hospice now but I am going to try to save someone else their life savings before I die.I honestly hope this man gets what he deserves for costing me mine

I sent them an email concerning the basics of my case, and I got a phone call back and they asked "how can I help you"? I asked him if he read my case, and he said "yes", however he asked me to give him background of my case. I asked him two more times had he read my email and he said "yes". I could tell he had no knowledge whatsoever however not addressing any of my questions or concerns, he very clearly asked for $5k down. Wow, how does he stay in business!!! If I had $5 million dollars, I wouldn't give him 5 cents!

We saw Charles Gallagher during a St Pete Foreclosure Workshop, where struggling homeowners could learn more about how to avoid foreclosure. Charles discussed their practice of suing the bank and putting them on the defensive, not what banks are in the business of doing. He discussed ballpark figures of $2-3K down and a portion of the savings they promote in your post-proceedings mortgage payment. This sounded fair and we decided to see their office for a consult. We met with a different attorney (the father), who was very defensive to answering any questions, responding "your obviously not ready to commit to saving your home". The verbal fees were suddenly quoted as $6K down, and $600 EVERY TWO WEEKS until your case was completed, 2-3 years later on average. That is $35k best case, and $50k++ worse case PLUS COSTS! These folks are taking advantage of people in the worst position. Good luck to you, and please look elsewhere.

I went to see these people a couple of weeks. I have NEVER been treated in a more unprofessional manner. Jason and Charles III were reasonably nice but the Old Man, Charles II, will be the death of the firm. He was so aggressive and rude. I was so confused by the time I left because I couldn't believe he was treating a potential client in this manner. The prices are insane and I don't feel they are being ethical. How do they expect people to pay such high fees when they are already in over their heads??? I'm going to report them to the state bar. I'm pretty sure the old man is senile. He curses and is so incredibly unprofessional. I'm still reeling from the whole experience!. Do not go there. They want $4818 up front and then they want $550 every two weeks until the case is finished. Absolutely outrageous.

My experience with this lawyer is he does not care about clients. Once you have given him a retainer, he forgets about you and your case.
