I lost 1,00.00 because I offered to pay more to pay my bill quicker. Then they decided not to work as hard for me. They allowed my husband job to be in danger and did not do as promised. They refused to refund the money we had coming to us. If you want to work with these people, consider going right through the IRS yourself. They also wanted me to endanger my husbands health to pay more to the IRS. They are a scam.
