Martin Bender in Temecula does not have the knowledge needed for family law, he does not communicate with his clients, his tenacity is only at suing clients (see riverside county records), work quality is zero because there was nothing done, and the value was actually a cost of thousands of dollars to me. Martin Bender choses to lure in clients, bind them in a contract, and then sit and do nothing while he charges to review your file over and over. The charges mount and build and you will not receive an invoice. Once you are at this point and inquire what is happening, you will be asked if you want a change of attorney form sent to you. Bender and associates has had to sue 14 clients over the last couple of years. Other more experienced family law firms have zero.
