This was my lawyer and she has me in a mess that will cost me JAIL time! I have court on 4/01/2013 and I will be put in JAIL for being a loving father! She went to court without my knowledge on 8/14/2011 and has cost me two years of my son life that I will be sent to Jail because of this and I can't get any help without money! She has been disbarred from the state of South Carolina! That does help me and she did not return any of my fees!! This should be a crime and the grandparents should be the ones going to JAIL for kidnapping my son!

This lawyer was very polite in person but not very good at returning phone calls and very unprofessinal when it was court time. We never met before the court date and she never discuss the initial paper work that was being filed. Once the court day was over and we tried to contact her she would not accept our calls. I would not recommend her for a lawyer.

This lawyer starts off good with prompt return phone calls and knowledge. Once you sign the attorney agreement and make the payment. Lawyer does not return phone calls promptly you may have to wait about three weeks. Does not reply to letters again you don't know when you will get a reply. I was suppose to get copies of the final support order along with other paper work she said she would put them in the mail tomorrow. Three months later with repeated phone calls and written letters no reply. Finally I sent a certified letter if I did not get my paper work I was going to court. I finally received my paper work. Did not let me see the temporary agreement prior to the hearing. Some of the requests I made were not incorporated into the agreement. The attorney used a standard agreement and made a few changes of my request. The lawyer acts real sweet on the phone and sounds promising the reality is her words are no good when it comes to follow thorough on whats she says.
