I totally agree with the prior posts: this guy is the worst of the worst. I was told he was previously working along side Dominic Barbera. Check him out and read these reviews before parting with your hard earned money

My experience was fantastic. Charles was professional, thorough and saw my case through to the end. He is very intelligent and was happy to answer all of my calls and questions. He was worth every dollar! I highly recommend hiring Charles Ferzola to represent you!

My wife has been asking for a bill for 3 months he's always has an excuse why he can't produce one he wants to keep all the money that he didn't earn I guess he thinks money grows on trees our next step is to file a grievance with the bar association very dishonest stay away

This is the worst of the worst lawyer i ever meet, mess-top my life, made me believe to agree on an agreement that made me lose my kids because he was tired of going back and forth to Brooklyn Family court(to far from him) but that did bothered him to take my money and the case. Represent yourself and save you money,he is a ripoff and his associate Female couldn't even talk to the judge to explain the issue inexperience staff.

Worst mistake i ever made got me prelcluded from testfying at my own divorce for not submitting discovery lost my house & was given one day to move out assumed w no children was cut & dry 50/50 lost every thing never returns phone calls evenmy wifes attorney complained to the courts about him dont waste your money !

I also don't understand why there are bad comments about Charlie. He and his secretary were wonderful to me and my children. He represented me even though I couldn't pay him alot of money. It was a difficult and messy divorce and he didn't give up and fought for me 110%.

i dont under stand why there are bad comments about Charlie he worked our case in the 90's if it wasnt for him god only knows where and what my kids would be today he was there for us day and night and trust me i drove him crazy and he was awesome

I am really at odds with this rating. Mr Ferzola represented me through another attorney that absolutely screwed me. Mr Ferzola continued to help me after my plea as we, supposedly, fought the system to help me reduce probation. In hindsight i was fed a bunch of lies...i was told what i wanted to hear and he preyed on my vulnerability. He would show me a ray of light and talk the talk. Funny thing was, every time i asked for an ounce of proof he changed his story. My wife warned me but i really wanted to believe him. i believe he took advantage of me and did absolutely nothing for the money that i kept paying him. He kept saying he was going to court to speak to the judge, yet every time i offered to go with him he made an excuse. Don't be an idiot like me. He spoke to me like i was his best friend. I trusted him and that trust was betrayed.

Gave him 5 Grand up front for a very basic custody case. Sent a 23 year old trainee to represent me in court. His staff (Receptionist/Secretary)Wer two of the rudest most unprofessional women I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Ignores you, did not return my calls. Let my ex's horrendous attorney draw up all the paper work and take over in court...I think I could have represented myself better. When you meet with him he will seem very professional, but he does a bait and switchonce he gets your money. WOuld not reccommend to anyone, except maybe my ex.
