This guy is a crook. Licensed by Ontario. I gave him a file to enforce foreclosure on a private mortgage. I spoke with him 1 time at the start and never again. He gave me his personal number. What a joke. It always went straight to voicemails and never returned. Emails were often ignored for a week or more. So busy they said. And then the outrageous invoice. He controlled the transfer, hence the funds. And when I asked for an explanation guess what he said? Absolutely nothing no reply. The worst experience and legal rip ever. Total slimeball. Stay far away.

Called 9 times to this office, no one answers the phone. You must ask for any bank information and fees, they do not provide. Please advocate for yourself: you know what you owe and expect any payout fees to be hefty. If you have a really good lawyer that advocates on your behalf always listen to them, they advocate on your behalf and know the ins and outs of the law. I rated this because it is the truth. I almost could have lost my house all because I was directed with bad advice in 2016. I would advise to ask the cost of the fees for a loan and the payout fees right from the open gate. Customer service is not high on his list. I was so upset from this, my house was my equity, my daughters home. It was not funny to me and actually caused me an extreme amount of stress. This lawyer does not have an ounce of empathy to not answer your phone is terrible. This all resulted from taking out a second mortgage on my house.

I must say, I cannot comment on Mr. Rose as he never answers his phone. Left messages and emails (yes I did miss a payment, my error), Called twice to get it to him the next day, no response to my email or phone calls. He sent a final demand letter; the word final indicates prior notice, which did not happen. When I asked to see prior notices or asked about why no return call; I clerk laughed at me. Seems rather ignorant to laugh at someone's hardship. I missed a payment by a day, can only imagine missing by 2 days.

I've dealt with this firm for two transactions and have got to say that I didn't have any issues. He handled the legal work for a private transaction in a speedy manner. Moreover, I paid him out in a year with no issues what so ever and would be happy to deal with him again.

I truly regret crossing paths with this viper. He gave me a second mortgage (at 13.5% interest for one year), and at the end of the year foreclosed, even though I hadn't missed a single payment, I can easily imagine his un-named financial specialist is a real-estate broker. After dealing with this shady character, I started to notice the number of foreclosures in my area, and the name on the papers; Blair Rose...how about that. You do NOT want to deal with this creature. I won't call him an animal, because that would be an insult to all animals.

Mr. Rose closed my mortgage refinance for me, was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, closed quickly, I was very happy with him and his office.
