He is a Judge now and protects unethical lawyers, there is a rumor that he is taking money from some lawyers for a better verdict. I am hoping that the court looks into these allegations!

In an uncontested Landlord/Tenant small claims case, Commissioner Mondo stated that state law doesn't allow for certain charges, which is incorrect per the civil code, and completely ignored tenant caused damages. When I tried to inform him of the details, he just cut me off short. He then took the case under submission and awarded less than half of the amount I sued for with no explanation. And,this was uncontested!
