can truly only speak to this person as a commissioner, as she heard a small claims case from a former tenant who trashed their apartment and tried to sue for a full refund of deposit. sadly, this person seemed to have little respect for facts and signed documents, instead letting the plaintiff moan and wail and cry in court. the plaintiff lied constantly. this person acting as commissioner granted me little time to present the facts. it seems that, if one is allowed to act as a judge, one would act according to the laws and facts. this person seems to always side for tenants, no matter what. even though i manage property - i have always been on the side of the tenant. tenants have rights. sadly, people who lie in court and moan and cry seem to get away with their lies. shocking this person is allowed to hear cases...on the other hand, this is only my personal opinion. i did expect a fair hearing but guess thats life! lol
