Took $40,000 from me. Charged to prepare for court but didn't prepare. Continued. Charged again. Charged for several rule to show cause hearings and made bogus deals with my ex.and dismissed them all. Got me less than Virginia guideline support and a ton of debt.

CAN YOU SPELL SHYSTER? I hired him once to help with a custody issue, he flubbed that - said it was the other lawyers fault and only charged me $300, I went back to him for a simple custody issue, he took $2000 from me, DID NOTHING but shake my hand firmly every time I complained - promising to FIX IT - he let my EX'S LAWYER write all the docs - and when they were wrong he didn't fix it - just told me he would work on it - shook my hand and was always "working on it" when I called. I asked for a bill - I asked for my money back - I never got either. RUN RUN RUN!

All Bad! This lawyer is located near mine. So I gave his name out twice to two different people as a local lawyer only on knowing his name. I didn't recommend him highly. I simply said, there's a lawyer who works near me. Here is his name. I completely regret ever doing this though. Now both individuals are out a fair amount of money for *NO* helpful services rendered reported by them.

Made a bunch of empty promises... Makes sense why he asked for all the money up front.I had no Idea what to look for when searching for a lawyer and he took complete advantage of me. Please do not choose Lorenzo Bean to be your lawyer.

Very disappointed with this lawyer, he was very nice and supportive, telling me to call him anytime. Now I know why! $125 for 4 minute phone call. He did not respond in a timely manner or review separation agreement in time for the signing. First meeting was supposed to be free (consult) ended up being $750, so twenty minutes of phone calls a couple meetings and drawn up papers cost a lot of money.

Do not use him. He says he will be there for you and seems very "gungo" to fight for you then does nothing. Doesn't return phone calls or emails when you are waiting for information but will charge you $90-$150 a pop to read your emails asking for status. I met with him 4 times and charged $6,000. Ridiculous - NO NOT USE HIM!

Excellent up against the IRS and showed true grit .he got me an excellent offer in comprimise and allowed me my life back

i made an appointment, went to his office and there was nobody there. should have known. he has been reprimanded by the state bar. last i heard they don"t reprimand attorneys who do their job well

He took complete advantage of me. He got my case dropped without even being able to present it at court. All because he had a previous court date scheduled. Do not hire this lawyer. He will not work hard for you. He just wants your money.
