BEWARE OF THIS FIRM. I requested he help me change the child custody order in my child custody case. I had signed a contract agreeing representation for ONLY this case. Due to harassment with the grandparents who are court ordered to be the third party supervisors, I had to file civil harassment orders. These were completely different case numbers. I had signed Mr. Follands name on them by mistake which I had admitted to his assistant who was handling my case, Kelsey Deroian. After our discussion, she told me I will have representation by Mr. Folland on 2/09/22 which I agreed to. There was no contract signed. It was made to appear there would be no charge for a one time hearing. The case was then postponed by the court, and then Kelsey went back on her word and gave me a Substitution of Attorney with Boden Davidson and that there would be a fee. I agreed to his representation. Three weeks pass and I did not have any contact with this attorney of any kind. I asked for his email and Kels

I hired Folland Law Group to represent me in a DVRO case in March 2021. I agreed to hire Brian Folland and paid $4,000 flat fee to represent me in April for my case. A day before my hearing, he suddenly let me know that he would not be representing me, but he would be sending in a substitute. I was really concerned about this, as I had hired Brian to represent me, but there was nothing I could do. New lawyer was unprepared, didn't present any of the evidence that I had shared with their team, and let my abuser be on the stand continuing his abuse and my protection order was not extended. After the case, I spoke with Brian and He said that because he felt bad, he would re-bill me for an hourly rate and refund me the difference from the flat fee.. Brian let me know that he would re-bill me in the next 2 weeks and we'd be in touch. Despite multiple calls and emails to Brian over the last 2 months he has not responded to me at all.

I recently became a single mom and Brian Folland was referred to me and I'm so thankful he was. He and his wife are so kind and understand everything I had to say. He made sure we had everything taken care of and was very compasionate with my struggles.

Bryan was an awesome attorney. He followed through for my family.I was more than happy with his services. He was so supportive and understanding. I like the fact that he’s honest and respectful. I highly recommend him to others. His prices are reasonable and the outcome is great. He always returned our calls and answered all of my questions.

I would give all 0’s. Constantly tried to create new cases to charge 5000-7500 per case. Lost everything. Unprepared. AND I wish I saw reviews back then, he appears to be knee deep in his own personal bankruptcy court cases - he’s a con artist. And it will all eventually catch up with him

be careful with this lawyer I hired him in September 5 2019 for a real state issue give him 4000 thousand dollars he didn’t do nothing for my case I’m gonna loose my property to trust in him when I cancelled his service and asked for a refund he texted me saying he spend over 4000 thousand on my case he never send me invoice and what he spend my money No proofs in what he did with my 4000 thousand I feel he didn’t do nothing for me he take advantage of people who are in need of legal assistance please people out there don’t be dumb like me and google his work 30 complaints and he is been investigated I have a complaint going on right now with the State bar of California hopefully they do something if don’t I’m gonna do something also
