May be the worst in the state. Will completely abandon you. He will consult with you (if you are lucky, file something) and never contact you or the court again. The case will be dismissed due to lack of prosecution (again, that is if he even filed for you. That's just in a civil matter! If it is a criminal matter, you may as well immediately find counsel to file your appeal. The guy disappears to Idaho throughout the winter. There is a joke in the legal field in Hawaii, if you retain SBS, you better hope nothing important happens during the winter. There is a reason he has been suspended. It is public record, see for yourself.
