David Sjoberg represented my son in a divorce. He didn’t return phone calls. He didn’t ask questions of the opposing attorney that my son asked. He went into a financial settlement without having anything in writing for my son to look at. He said kept saying ‘it’s a good deal just take it’. This is a financial settlement is the client not entitled to understand the numbers? Temporary child support was set at $1,000 too high each month. Repeatedly David was asked to file for a hearing to have temporary child support reviewed by the Court. He flat out refused. So now that the Judge has finally decided on child support, there is no credit for overpayment of child support according to the Judge because my son didn’t request a hearing. David continually gave bad advice, did not care about his client and did not communicate. PLEASE do not waste your hard earned money. David is not worth your time or energy.

Please save your money. This attorney is the most unprofessional and unorganized attorney. If you want to try and save your co-parenting relationship...stay away from him. All he wants is to charge his clients and ensure in the end both parties have no relationship left. He does not have the best interest of the children involved in custody cases. I am truly surprised he is still licensed to practice medicine.

Doesn't know the laws and different solutions to help you out. Keeps racking up more things to charge you for and doesn't really help you. He always thinks he's right when you have differences.

Doesn't return calls. Didn't do what he said he would do- instead, kept setting up $200/hr meetings to discuss things again. Wasted time. Used up my non-refundable retainer, then used creative billing to find more things to charge me for. I had to get a new lawyer, who quickly finished my case.
