I highly recommend Lloyd Welling of American Wills & Estates. He helped me when my mother passed away this year. He is hard working, professional, knowledgeable and returned my calls promptly and when he said he would. All too often attorneys are unresponsive, and leave you sitting, waiting and on the hook- NOT Lloyd Welling! He calls when he says he is going to call and doesn't leave you hanging. He knows his stuff and will tell you like it is. He is honest, straight forward, and will not try to lead you down a path where you spend a lot of money for nothing . He is practical and trustworthy. Lloyd provided a lot more service than he was obligated to for this "consultation". I HIGHLY recommend that you hire Lloyd Welling if you are searching for a good attorney!
