I had to file bankruptcy because I had a mound of credit card debt. I used Mrs. Crane who is very nice but the secretary was very rude and offensive throughout the whole 5-6 month process. I do think it took longer than usual because of the secretary as well. She would hold up the process over little things that could have been dealt with or handled in a faster manner.
My case is different because my parents who are somewhat wealthy are supporting me and helping me keep my house, they also pay my bills at this time. I am still somewhat young and not sure what I want to do exactly with my life. The secretary could not believe this for some reason and acted like I was the first person to ever be in this type situation.
I guess the secretary is so old school that she got a kick out of this the whole time. She would literally laugh in my face/ chuckle when we talked about my financials. She would always have something smart to say and I dreaded talking to her every time.
