Instead of advocating for the children, I felt as if he was my ex-husbands lawyer during court. He will do anything possible, whether it is to the best interest of the kids or not, to give half time to the father. In my case, he tried super hard to prove to the judge everything he could so that the judge can grant half time to the dad, however, I had many proofs and got what I wanted, dad only gets the kids every other weekend but the fact that Pichvai was doing everything possible for the dad instead of looking to see what is right for the kids amazed me. He is in the wrong field and should go ahead and be an attorney for fathers ??

My ex requested minors counsel and Pichvai was assigned. My position is to follow medical recommendations due to a history of medical neglect and domestic violence. Pichvai repeatedly went against medical directives and worsened our pathological family system instead of following treatment plans. My ex is financially abusive and Mr Pichvai allowed his lack of payment to delay treatment by continuing the hearing. He made many statements and decisions based upon his faulty understanding of medicine and psychology, going against medical professionals by using his own reasoning based upon false premises. He demonstrated misogyny by dismissing my attorney, and, per his own testimony, blame the mother and daughter in another case, citing the mom as a danger and then treating me the same. He allowed my ex to violate court orders, my son to continue to break laws while on probation, putting him at great risk for his upcoming hearing. He allowed my son to be without care and discharged ATA.

Doesn't understand his own job......."advocate" is a verb that this minor's counsel never learned. He is haphazard, submit FALSE reports to the Court (which you cannot question as minor's counsel cannot be placed on the stand), and makes decisions based on who butter's his bread (aka the person with the most $$), and whichever party his appointing judge, or commissioner is ruling with. Tell him NOTHING, as his carelessness will hurt your children, and he doesn't care.
