i went to ron back in july 2007 to appeal my plea agreement with new evidence and argument, this guy tells me that there was great argument and that he would help me reopen the case and that there was plenty of time to do it he said "2 yrs from the time you get off probation" and he said this infront of witnesses! but that i would have to wait until he was done running for office here in sarasota! wich ment oct 2008 he would help! any way he got me off probation in jan and told me to come back end of year! i do and then he tells me he was willing to help me with filing for clemancy? on a withhold of guilt! i needless to say was very upset because my life was in ruin over this, as it turned out as soon as he got me off probation the case was officially closed and i was unable to reopen it! when i tried to get back with himm they scheduled a meeting with me and when i arrived no one was there! this guy is a supposed marine, looking out for people? do not hire this guy or vote for him!!!!
