This guy is a crook. He, via a professional conservator, signed an addendum to real property purchase agreement, then went back to court and said he did it under duress (the estate was selling real property with serious defects). He knowingly committed fraud and the court bought it, even though the court approved the addendum to the purchase contract where they (sellers) said they would pay for the repairs! Now we are stuck with the repairs even though they (sellers) knew about the defects and agreed to pay for them. This is bad faith negotiating at its finest. Karma will strike these people when they least expect it.
