I am very disappointed in this lawyer. He has taken $4500 or the last 6mon. I have had 3 meetings with him, he has gone to court once, and we have has several phone conversations. When we first met, he told me he would "own" my case. I informed him that I needed someone to work on my case so it would move forward and he agreed he could do this. He billed me for time he spent talking about his daughter. Lastly, when we met with opposing counsel, he sat back and did very little. From this, I ended up realizing he was not familiar with my case nor materials regarding my retirement and particular loan. Had he did his work, I would have been advised on these things before the meeting. Wasted too much money with this firm!

monson was appointed by the court to be childrens ad litem I kept a detailed record of dates and times he met with siblings when i recieved a 3000.00 flat rate bill. I requested a detailed bill . Monson refused to send a detailed bill. He knew I could prove he was overbilling the court.He never billed me again I did not pay him.Prior to becoming a private attorney he worked for court system he sexually harrassed a court employee i was dating he did not recuse himself from my case and my attorney refused to tell court.
