Had hired this administrative attorney for an accusation from the RN Board. He never bothered to tell me anything was needed for my defense until 2 months before the case. He then stated that he was only going to submit information that the prosecuting attorney and him had agreed on. He tried to convince me to not hire an expert. When I finally saw that he had been disciplined by the bar I fired him immediately.
