Rabun organized our arbitration and collected the fee upfront from both sides. The arbitration occurred over 3 1/2 months ago and he has not delivered the award yet because he added a new, erroneous bill, and said it must be paid before he delivers the award. The problem is that we have already paid and this is an additional, bad faith, money grabbing bill. Not a reputable guy!
