Awesome lawyer. I was charged with racketeering and taking bribes. Gassaway never doubted me and went above and beyond the call of duty while defending me. Only because of him did I get acquitted and clear my name. My family and I will be forever grateful. He had superb legal knowledge, was always available for advice, was tenacious as a bulldog. His work quality was the best and was a bargain when it came to fees. I owe him my life.

I had Mike handle a case for me in 2007 and he didn't show up but once and I was in jail at the time but when he did show up he reassured I'd be at home. Last court date I walked a free man Gassaway was recommended to me by my congress woman Rebecca Hamilton long story short Mike Gassaway is the bast move I ever made oh yeah it only cost $2500 but paid only $1200. We as a people need more Mike Gassaways in this country (especially OKLAHOMA)

This guy has been disbarred for more than a year: http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi.... He is currently an actor living in Texas, so if he's going to "sacrifice himself" for you case it will only be on a (B) movie set.

Gassawy is awesome. There is not a better lawyer anywhere. He makes enemies because he will not let anyone beat him. If you want someone who will give his life for you and your case, this is the man. He literally will sacrifice himself to win for you. What more could you want.

This SOB screwed me out of large sums of money in a divorce proceeding in 1981. Always available in his office when he know you are going to pay money. Never available otherwise. Full of bluster, no substance. The State Bar Fee Grievance & Ethics Committee sided with him since I didn't stand a chance as a lay person. He lied to this body & got away with it. This man heeds his ass kicked butt good!

I've followed Mike's career thru the news media in OKC for years and if I should ever be in a spot where a ferocious, stand-up guy could give me a fighting chance, he'd be the one I'd hire, no doubt about it. The ****s hate him, the cops hate him, but he's my hero!

HE SOLD US OUT, AND THEN STOLE ARE PROPERTY THE JUDGE ORDERED BACK TO US! DONT TRUST THIS ATTORNEY, YEARS AGO FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND HE WAS A STAND UP GUY, TO BAD HE HAS TURNED ALL THAT TALENT TO SHAME AND CONTINUES TO CHEAT PEOPLE AND RISK THE FREEDOM OF HIS CLIENTS.

I hired this attorney about 20 years ago and at time, he was at his "peak". He was tenacious in the courtroom, but the judges did not like him because of it.He is very knowledgeable and knows the law. But due to the personal legal problems he has had in the past 10 years or so, I think his ability as a lawyer has gone downhill. However, I would still rate him amongst the top 10 criminal attorneys in the state of Oklahoma. He is arrogant and alot of judges do not like him which makes it difficult for him to get his way in the courtroom. He has his own personal trial coming up on April 9, 2007. He may not be practicing law much longer, depending on the outcome of the trial.

Gassaway has been arrested for trading "favors" for fees, the kind of favors that are generally illegal to do for money. Google him and see.

He might be good in the courtroom but he would have to show up to be rated. He demanded $5000 up front and then had my case continued five times. When we finally made it to court he sent an associated and I got screwed. Hired another lawyer $6000 to fix the damage caused by Gassaway. The language I would like to use is not fit for ears pr print.

The best cross-examiner I have ever seen--I work for a judge & she thinks Gassaway is the best lawyer who has ever been in her courtroom--maybe that's why he is such a magnet for controversy

This lawyer will not be nice to you or hold your hand. But is without any doudt the best trial lawyer in Oklahoma. He has walked at least two murders this year and walked numerous others. Who gives a @#$% if he lies occasionally. Bottom line is he almost always wins at trial.
