This attorney swindled me out of $20 thousand dollars and wrote an illegal nonrefundable retainer.the board of professional responsibility admonished him for what he did and I sued him for some of my money back based on principle .he's a smart lawyer but be careful for billing issues

Barry represented me very well in a DWI case aside from being a good attorney I would consider him a friend very knowledgeable,professional, easy to talk to. And after talking to him for just a little while you can see that he's just a regular guy which is a good thing . I read the prior review and find it hard to believe a friend of mine used Barry years ago and said nothing but the best about him. I hope I never get in trouble again but crap happens if I do I'm calling Barry . I would refer him to any friend or family member that happens to get in trouble

Barry Hogan represented me in a felony assault case I was not guilty of and should have won easily. He was totally unprepared, Put no effort into anything and got me stuck with a really bad judge that has been making my life hell. He collected my payments and did nothing for them in return. I have lost my career and my house is about to get foreclosed because of his lazy, lethargic approach to my case. I gave him plenty of evidence and hired my own investigators and he lost because of being unprepared for the case. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN unless you want to be found guilty.
