I have to give this man all 1's because he accepted our case last year. We've called him numerous times and we only get his secretary who promises that he'll call us back. She's been promising that for months. We haven't spoken with Barry himself since probably November or December of 2008 if we're lucky. It's now March 2009. TIME FOR A NEW LAWYER!
