Dear Mr. Chavez:
Enclosed is a copy of the secured promissory note dated March 11, 2011 between you (borrower) and JPReal Estate LLC (lender) in the principal amount of $21,500. All principal payments on this note, plus a $500 processing fee, along with interest at 6.25% on the unpaid principal amount and processing fee was due and payable on March 11, 2012.
Since no payments have been made on this note, it is currently in default. As such, the lender is demanding principal and interest calculated through September1 2012 be paid immediately ($24,064). The lender is entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal expenses incurred in endeavoring to collect any of the liabilities or to enforce its rights with respect to any collateral. The lender may also exercise any rights and remedies available to it as a secured party under the Uniform Commercial Code in the state of Nevada. The lender will proceed with legal action on September 1 2012 if no response is received from you.

He is way too passive. He waits to see if things work themselves out. Forget to pass on very important information. He also has health issues that had him out of his office. When things did not go right he would pray for you. I di not need prayer I needed a good Lawyer.
