I am an elderly disabled woman with a family history of alzheimers. I fell down a flight of stairs where there was no railing nor lights. My eye was dislodged from the socket. Mr Sander's website's small print made it impossible for me to see addresses or phone numbers. I tried to get to see him twice. Once I simply forgot, the next, I was confused and in tears, had forgotten my mapquest page and the page I had torn out of the phone book for his number. I e-mailed him as soon as i found my way back home, then found the number to call and appologize, and was greeted by an e-mail the next day in which he called me a liar, said I never tried to find his office and that he would not care to deal with someone dishonest; that i should have just said i forgot. That would have been dishonest. Mr. Sanders was rude and showed no sign of compassion. not qualities one would look for in a personal injury case when one is in need of a professional, compassionate person to care for your needs.
