I cannot recommend anyone to Mr. Charles Eiss for any employment matters. Mr. Eiss is inexperienced in this area of law and should be candid with clients seeking legal representation for such matters. Mr. Eiss was very abrasive and unresponsive throughout the entire process of representation for my fees. He never returned phone calls, sent me any correspondence, and did not keep me informed with issues in my case. Mr. Eiss led me to believe that I would recoup damages from the defendant that were non-negotiable. Finally, because I refused to settle for the amount of his request, Mr. Eiss withdrew from the case. Mr. Eiss simply wasted my time and took funds from me in this matter which if he has any integrity would refund to me. You can file your complaint by simply filling out the form retrieved from the EEOC website. EEOC is helpful.DO NOT USE Mr. Eiss for your Employment matter.
