'Weak' doesn't even begin to describe the tenacity that Jim lacks. In fact, he couldn't punch his way out of a wet paper bag. Soft as it gets. Slow, zero sense of urgency and not respected by his contemporaries on the other side of the table. Do NOT waste your time with him if you are looking for a go-getter who has established a reputation for being firm and respected. This is definitely the wrong guy. MHO. Good luck!

When Jim helped me with my case he was always forthcoming. Never beat around the bush but tell you like it is. Although in the end he could not help me due to the issues of my case, ex husband works with the Superior Court Judges in Guelph, he didn't lie and try to take more money, instead he took himself off my case stating he had never seen anything like what was happening and could not help me. He even assisted me with some free help to prepare for a motion on my own. He really is a great and caring individual. Only complaint I have is that I wished he would have spoke up more and fought a little harder in my case.

If you are looking for a lawyer who is rational, level headed, a straight shooter, honest, will inform you of the realities of your file and not provide you with false hope i.e.: not what you want to hear for the sake of keeping your business, hard worker, knowledgeable and someone who fights for your best interest...look no further.
