Richard Green represented and defended me quite successfully in litigation when a tenant sued me regarding mold cross contamination caused by an incompetent contractor. Thanks to Richard and a very supportive Insurance Company (Farmers), we were able to settle out of court. I wish it wouldn't have taken so long, but thanks to Richard I came out smelling a lot better than the mold. Take heed: Richard will charge you for every conversation and email that has anything to do with your case (after generous initial consultation). Choose your words wisely.
