Mr Yellin handled a divorce for me in 2010. I hired him and sent him money to start the legal process. A few days later, a friend emailed me a slew of links about some trouble that Mr. Yellin had been involved in so I began to worry a little. I figured that I would take my chances and leave the outcome with God. Mr. Yellin worked on my case and worked harder than any attorney I had ever hired in the past. He kept in constant communication with me over email and was very timely in his responses with the court. I would genuinely recommend Mr. Yellin to anyone that needs an attorney. While I don't know the specifics of what happened to his other clients, I can say that he went over and above for me at a very fair price. The court accepted all the paperwork that he filed and nothing was returned because of errors. I was also very impressed with his knowledge of law in general.

This guy is a cook preying on the innocent. Do not hire him, I repeat..."DO NOT HIRE HIM" no matter how sincere he pretends to be or you'll be screwed like the rest of us. All he cares about is getting his money, he doesn't care about his clients and will bad mouth his clients to make himself look good.

paid for services not received and now cannot contact him. i am a widow who fell upon bad times and am losing my home to foreclosure.I was assured a loan modifacation would be possible in my situation and wold take up to 45days. I contracted his services on jan 24 09today is july 21 09. the contract I signed stated that if the loan modification was unsuccessful i would receive half of the feeipaid which was $1,995.i've been trying to reach mr yellin for one week and cannot get any response
