i personally had a bad experience with Scott Ellerin and would not trust nor recommend him. Unfortunately I can not give specifics because when I posted a bad review with specifics he threatened me with legal action if I did not remove it, because he said he did not want potential clients seeing it. I removed it to avoid completely frivolous and unnecessary litigation but that should give you a clue as to his character. Don't hire Scott Ellerin - he is not a good lawyer.

Scott is a good lawyer his staff is a little iffy. I would send emails and not get responses. Also his staff missed something huge in paperwork and was billed both times once for their error and once to correct it.

Mr. Ellerin and his assistant are wonderful to work with. His retainer is extremely fair and his work and knowledge are top notch. My wife's lawyer has been an absolute nightmare to deal with and hiring Scott is the best decision I could have made. He will not use one penny of your retainer he doesn't need. I will be retaining Mr. Ellerin as my personal attorney for future needs. You can't go wrong with him.
