This so-called attorney never returns phone calls. You can call his direct line 100 times in a month (which I have) and never receive a return call. When he finally decides to return your phone call, he talks down to you as if you are wasting his time. He speaks vaguely (as if to distance himself from any wrong-doing) and doesn't appear in court on dates specified, stating he has "more important" clients. Apparently my probate case makes me "not that important". Before his death, my father prepaid this firm a considerable amount of money to finalize his estate, and I wish he hadn't. He has been gone 2 1/2 years now, and the estate STILL isn't closed. My family needs closure and I need to sell my father's home to pay his mounting legal fees, but I can't until the estate is finalized. This has become a nightmare that will not end. My advice, avoid this attorney at all costs!!
