This is the worst lawyer! Hired him over trust fund issue and he was supposed to write a letter to get accounting info. He charges $300.00 for 1 letter and after waiting 2 months for letter to be sent he still did not send it. He is very rude and unprofessional, he did not even apologize. I fired him.

This guy was awful. Never listened, always wanted to talk because "I've done this about a million times." Yeah, well each case is different, pal. Like my case. I signed a mediated agreement with my husband early on in our divorce, because he was saying we could still get back together (we were still intimate). My lawyer said "That mediated agreement has about a 25% chance of standing in court. We'll tell the judge it's not fair to you (It allowed me $5000 of $100,000 in marital assets), and she'll dismiss it and go to trial." I said "Shouldn't we tell her I was under duress or something?" "NOOOOOO, she doesn't care about a bunch of weepy stuff like that, she wants facts." So we get to the court date, and lo! and behold, the judge upholds the mediated agreement and says "I could see if you were under duress, or if there were other mitigating factors, but from what your attorney has said, you signed freely of your own will." Bangs gavel, I get screwed. Do NOT go to this guy!!!
