Attorney David S. Levine is without a doubt charismatic. He's convincing in creating initial rapport and in disarming prospective clients with his affability. I had known him for a number of years and was relieved to have him among my contacts when I needed a family law attorney to help me with my dissolution of marriage and contested child-custody case.
I don't have anything positive to say about my experience with him. Family Court Services in the jurisdiction in which I litigated sent me a letter, documenting Mr. Levine's failure to meet a critical deadline and provided me with a detailed chronology of his lapses while he represented me., I would have been no better off had I hired a an ornamental garden gnome to represent me.
