Didn't bother to read the documents I supplied (especially a lease, central to any landlord/tenant dispute) and then gave erroneous advice based on incorrect assumptions. Refused to answer questions in the area of his direct expertise. Demanded pay for an hour to "draft" a document that proved available as a fill-in-the-blanks form on the web. Demanded immediate payment at end of meeting; would not invoice. Would not return my documents. All weird and unprofessional. Avoid this guy.
