I only wish I’d seen these comments before I hired him in 2017. I’m a former client of Mr. Chu lack and I am also an attorney. He and Mr. Lettenmaier botched my case and I had to fire them. Rafter I filed arbitration with the Los Angeles County Bar Association asking for a return of my attorneys fees that I have given up on retaining Chulak . He did not appear appear claiming a calebdaring excuse. I Was awarded over $3700 on October 30, 2017. Instead of paying me what he owed me, he Filed a small claims actions against me Asking the court to vacate the arbitration award. He failed to appear at trial, The court enterd judgment for me and against Chulak for over $3,700. He refuses to comply with court order, he refuses to return my calls or emails and refuses to pay me. Now he is forcing me to collect the judgment by taking his judgment debtor exam on June 21, 2018. I will also have to report his unprofessional conduct to the California bar association again! Shame!

Is there a 0 {zero) Dealt with him slightly, many years ago, so I won't comment about his current status. What I can say is I only hope if I have the need for an attorney, that my opponent uses him.

Extremely unprofessional, unethical, dishonest, lazy. Caught in several lies. Lack of communication. Violated many ABA (American Bar Association) Rules/laws. Abandoned case. Failed to follow thru with case. Does minimal work and then drops cases, expecting to be paid--this happens to be a pattern with him--it's happened to several people I've met. Took case in bad faith......

Stolen our retention 10,000.00 dollars , in a case against Ross Morgan , he sold us to they lawyers for a 14,000.00 dollars and left the case pass for more tha a year at the end said our case wasn't strong enough and forget it. He is a croquet.
