Paul was referred to us by our realtor for closing. This was in 2001-2002 or maybe even 2003. We had a very smooth closing. What I appreciate a lot is that he noticed something in my credit report and after communicating with me about it (it was a collection notice for a medical bill that was already paid) he immediately took care of it. Infact we wanted to hire him again but we found out that he was suspended. We feel bad for him and can't comment on that because we don't know the facts. All I know is that our experience with him was very smooth and good, simply flawless.

I thought Paul was excellent. We had a very tough closing that lastest month and he continue to work very hard through out the entire time. He was there for our questions and really made the process as smooth as it could be.

Found out the hard way that he has been suspended several times, has been brought before atty. board of ethics multiple times.
