Ms. Payne informed the parties that I was trying to sue that she would no longer be my lawyer before she even told me or discussed it with me! I asked her in an email how to pay her and where and instead of telling me she told me she couldn't help me any further in her email to me and forwarded a letter to the parties that I was attempting to go into litigation with that she was not my representation anymore and to contact me directly. This was after the union I was a part of had already dropped me because of a so-called "conflict of interest". She didn't even give me a chance to arrange payment before she did this! She obviously doesn't care about her clients and emails through her phone to where you can understand what she is saying. I wouldn't recommend my dog to be defended by her. Avoid this attorney at all cost or you'll be sorry like I am and looking for representation all over again!

Has very poor communications with clients. Does not return phone calls and her voice mail box is full. Therefore, you cannot even leave a message. She calls severals days later after the issue is resolved claiming she was representing me. However, it is poor representation. I would not recommend her for any case, whatsoever!
