Didn't remember how many times he went to court on our case. When proceedings completed has charges that weren't disclosed in writing up front. Seeking additional monies and threatening legal action to obtain it. Doesn't follow up to phone calls or emails. Doesn't answer your questions either. Always seemed like he was "craming" on your case the night before. Rushing you to get last minute information, just very unprepared and not worth the headache to have him represent you. Big issue is the money thing, paid up front in full and then tells you that you owe the same amount you already paid as a balance. Claims he has it written in his note that he told you this but doesn't provide you with anything stating additional money are due at the end. You would think he would give you this information in writing when he accepts your case. Not trustworthy, just hope all the legal stuff doesn't unwind now that it's completed. Always seems pre-occupied & in a hurry to do other things.
