I have never been treated this unprofessionally by anyone. I'm quite sure that legal protocol was not followed. Clearly there was an agenda, and the facts that my 17 year old spoke of didn't matter. No documentation was ever requested nor anyone contacted for verification on her behalf. He also ignored the court appointed counselor's recommendations. A title is nothing if not used appropriately. I hope the children's situations he used as comparison of being "far worse" than my child's situation, ended with better results. The goal is to mend relationships and represent the child's best interest. He needs to stick with estate planning and local matters.
