took retainer and produced no papers and didn't receive any calls on any progress. took 1275.00 dollars and I got no proof of any thing. said she worked twelve hours, (sleeping)

DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY! A clients worst nightmare. She quoted us a great low hrly rate but once we had hired her and were weeks into the custody case she raised her rated to double what they were. With no more money to hire another attorney and couldnt get a refund on our retainer. She had to file the same paper work several time because it was either the wrong form or filled out wrong. She wouldnt return phone calls and missed appointment. We had two hearings with this attorney before firing her. The 2nd hearing the judge told her that the motions she had filed was filed out wrong and were in-fact the wrong motion for what we needed. What the other attorney said was fact and she didnt do anything to dispute it. She would be unprepared and unfamiliar with the case. It was embarrassing to sit across from the other attorney and have your lawyer lectured by the judge. This was the worst experience Ive ever had with any person Ive ever hired for a job of any kind.
