Mr. Kline talks a good game but really does not know anything about law. He acts like he cares about your case and in the end he only cares about the bottom dollar. He is very unorganized. You have a better chance at representing your self. He will leave your case on the back burner. If you call him, do not expect a call back. You have to spend your time tracing him down. He does not know how to represent a case before a judge. Even if you think that you have a solid case, he will manage to screw it up. The entire case is all based on what work you put in to it. He will not do an inch of work beyond what you do. Motions, court papers,appeals and anything that has to deal will filing is left up to you. The only thing that you will be getting in return for your money is an ulcer from all the anger that his ignorance will put you through. If there is any pending matter left after the case is done, you will have to hire another lawyer to finish the matter. He hides from his obligations.
