Horrible experience with Joseph all around, ended up having to fire him mid sentancing. Overbilling and misappropriation of funds, as well as a horrid staff. Two of his employees I had been working with my case were fired during my bail hearings. I received no compensation for their billings and waist of time and it took months to get me a bail because of a lack of professionalism. Be very careful with this Joseph and his over paid brother who he likes to hire to run errands at $150 an hour. I waisted $25,000 before I fired him.

I recently found myself in a bad situation and did not know how to handle it. I knew I had rights but wasn’t sure what those rights were. Joseph came highly recommended to me and I found it was easy to make an appointment with him. He took the time to listen to my situation and gave me professional advice on how we could get through it. I found him to be very knowledgeable of the law. I enjoyed visiting with him and I felt very comfortable around him. I knew he was the one I needed to represent me.
In the court room, I found him to be very professional, personable and confident. I observed that he is well liked by his peers and they show him the utmost respect. He took control of the situation in court and I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Joseph Jardine Law Offices.

Beyond worthless. I paid this law firm $8,000 and they did no work except holding conferences to talk to each other. They did not write or even file one single pleading. They failed to contact me except on a random "ambush" basis to ask background questions that I had already answered twice before. They delayed sending me any billings at all until after six months had pasted and they had racked up over $5,000 in billable hours. Then, when I insisted that they actually produce some work for the money they had been paid---they withdrew from the case. Simply put, this law firm does no actual work and produces no actual results. If you value your money and your legal rights, do not come anywhere near this law firm.
