I believed I was mislead in pursuing a matter for which my former employer was in violation and I was due overtime and would receive it. Knowing that I obviously had no records because I was placed on salary. My attorney pursued I am not considered a professional and won, but the final outcome of me pursuing the actual overtime due me was not attainable because I had no records of my arriving or leaving my place of employment. I believe my attorney did not "advise me properly" "mislead" basically from the begining becasue of the lack of "witnesses" or paperwork that I obviously wouldn't have had because I did not know my employer was in violation of the law with having no timeclock in the office. My attorney I believe should have not had me pursue this avenue if I did not have any records of "time" in or out of the office. I spent $7500.00 to this attorney and have been umemployed and collected on 20,000. A waste of time and dollars in 1 1/2 years.
