Phil has no ethics, has been disciplined by the state on 4 separate occasions and is one of the worst people ive ever had the displeasure of meeting. He has limited actual knowledge of the law and a lot of opinions.

Very expensive, does not communicate, accomplishes nothing. Showed up for court multiple times, only to find out it was canceled. No calls from anyone. 10 thousand dollars, two years, and no results.
