Review post 7 meetings over 13 months. Untrustworthy, very poor communication. seems to know basic government law but does not implement. Experience low on contract and development public issues. Lower on constitutional law issues of Indian & native reservations. Our firm does not recommend working with Roric Massey, Goodyear, Maricopa County, AZ. Suggest firms request outside counsel to handle legal matters.
