Sandra Bonfiglio is by far the best divorce attorney in the area. Sandra was the third attorney I interviewed and immediately it became clear that she would be the right attorney. Sandra took over my divorce after my first lawyer did absolutely nothing she did more in 1 week then the previous did in 4 months. She was cost effective, communicated every step of the way. Within 2 months of accepting the case we came upon an agreement. She had gotten me the settlement i can live with. I would consider her as a shark. Sandra told me what she wanted to do and did it. I would recommend her to all.

I can't find one bad thing to say about Mrs.Sandra. I called a few attorneys and many of them charge for a 15-30 minute consultation. I felt as though her rates were reasonable.No surprise fees. I knew before hand what to expect.She's real with you. She doesn't beat around the bush and very upfront. I felt like she got to know me and not just my case. I didn't hesitate to call or email her or her assistant Lisette. All in all I was very satisfied with her and have recommended her to family and friends. Thanks Sandra and Lisette.

May,2017 Hiring this lawyer was the worst experience ever. She did not care at all about my very simple case. She took the attorney fee of $2,500 , and only serve my ex-husband and constantly asked me for more and more money when in returned did nothing for my case and left my case when she new I had a court order. This lawyer only cares about herself, and she is just one excuse after another. As I read all the other reviews where I felt just like the authors did, in a way I felt better that it just wasn’t me that went through this horrible experience. For all of you out there, please report her to the Florida Bar, William Wilhelm, that is what I did. She should be stopped or reigned it. Don't use this lawyer, self-centered and crazy. SHE IS SUCH SCAMMER BAD BAD LAWYER .SHE WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOUR CASE.

Hiring this lawyer was the worst experience ever. She did not care at all about my very simple case, Contempt of Court for non-payment of Child Support. Previously Support Enforcement was handling my case and collecting for free. She said she could give me more personalized service. We had over 10 hearings, I spent over $20,000, and she collected nothing, INCLUDING the attorney fees I was awarded. This lawyer only cares about herself, her vacation, and as she complained to me, the difficulty of buying a new house and hiring live-in nannies. Meanwhile, my son and I are broke, i am in college full time, and she is just one excuse after another. As I read all the other reviews where I felt just like the authors did, in a way I felt better that it just wasn;t me that went through this horrible experience. I have a very long and complicated case spanning approximately 6 years. When my attorney died several years ago Sandra was recommended to me. She quickly came up to speed on volumes of material and moved my case along. I prefer a lawyer that will tell me like it is, good or bad, and Sandra delivers. Ah..Sandra and Lee. What can I say. I love both of them. Sandra as pretty as she is truculent was the perfect blend to take on the venomous, combative and scathing hurricane aka my x-wife. She is confident and knowledgable which is infectious and comforting. She's meticulous and matter of fact which is necessary. Lee is an awesome mediator and truly caring soul. I got exactly what I wanted and with some lose ends left to tie up, I am not worried as I'm confident that my case is in good capable hands.

I hired Sandra for a cusdoity case against my sons father who is a known drug addict. She advised me to LIE to the courts saying I did not know if my sons father was the biological parent of my child. She said it would by her more time to build up a better case against him... Well when I did what was asked of me I ended up having to pay 450 for the paternity test that she told me I wouldn't have to and she was 15 minutes late on the court date. She is a horrible lawyer and she will lie to you as long as she makes her money. She put a horrible taste in my mouth about ever hiring a lawyer again.

Sandra, Lee and the entire staff in this office are helpful, understanding, stern (even with me when needed), fair and Knowlegable. I have been fighting for equal rights as a father for 11 years and when I came to Sandra and her staff all I asked for was a couple of extra days with my son. Now because of their work and suggestions to fight for more, I'm able to see my son daily. Sadra has will fight and protect you. Yes she does talk 100 per minute (LOL) but she actually still hears everything your saying and too my surprise always brought it back up when I thought she had not heard me. She is honest, lawyer know the law and they fight for your rights but judges are the final say - she always made that clear and presented my options and cost clearly. I have had 3 lawyers and I've never had a relationship or faith in thier work like I do with Sandra and Lee. I would give the same review even if things were not going my way in the case because I know Sandra truly fights to win!RD

During my divorce I had to hire two different law firms.The first one dropped me a day before my court appearance and the second ripped my off for $10,000.00 dollars. Needless to say, I had absolutely no confidence in lawyers when I found Sandra Bonfiglio. She made two promises: One, she wouldn't drop me and two, she would do her best to represent me. My case seemed hopeless at first but, she kept me calm and never threw in the towel. And before she did anything, she told me how much it was going to cost and any possible outcome that could happen. Legal matters aren't cheap people. Also, she explained everything so that I could understand it. The phones and my questions were always answered. In the end, Sandra won my case. Thanks to the firm of Sandra Bonfiglio, my daughter and I are extremely happy living in Colorado Springs now. Thank you for mine and my daughter's new life. Atty often out of office on vaca. Not good listener - very rushie, rushie. Alluded to having legal assistants at lower hourly. Did not - only p/t atty at full rate who apparently was not always briefed. Legal docs contained errors. Legal issue was urgent (pending death of my mother) but atty very insensitive to urgency - insisted on pursuing time-consuming and costly legal path vs. more creative time-efficient strategy. Withdrew from case w/out warning. Mother passed away 8 wks later. Legal issue never resolved.

I have found Sandra to be very accessible, reliable and competent. Divorce can be taxing both emotionally and financially as you know. However, she will be very honest with you regarding what is worth pursuing financially and also will be honest with you if she feels you are being unreasonable with your expectations. She will prepare you so there are no surprises and her predicted outcome has always been accurate. She actually invests the time to know her client and builds a relationship to help you feel secure in knowing she is doing her best to protect you and will focus on the issues that are most important to you. Sandra charged me $5,000 to have my child support modified. After a year and all of this money, she has gotten nothing at all done on my case and has withdrawn as my counsel. I could not be more displeased with her services. She is a weak weasel. She was deceitful and conned me out of much time and money. Do not use her!!

If you want to be a victim, retain Sandra to handle your legal affairs!I'm a self-employed businessman who hired Sandra's local "boutique law firm" for my divorce.She's incompentant at best,ripped me off and sold me out in mediation with her buddy, the former disgraced Broward County Judge Joyce Julian. These two incompentants drafted such a horrible marital settlement that a first year law student would have received a "F" in class. Sandra insisted it was a great deal and take it and run. Well,4 lawyers and 2 1/2 years later,I just finished dealing with the consequences of her botched and incompetant advise! In hindsight,I should have run the minute she was unable to interprete my relatively simple tax return, knowledge of which was a critical part of successfully representing me in the divorce. Sandra is barely able to practice law and is only successful by selling out her clients. Sandra likes to bad mouth opposing counsel when in reality she is working with them to sell you out.

Sandra was recomended to me years ago when I first got divorced. Unfortunately I did not choose her at that time. I have now come back to her office with a Pettion to Modify and Sandra and her office has been INCREDIBLE. They have been tanative to the case and have supported my personal feelings. They have worked very hard to get a resolution to a very difficult and complex case. Yes she does speak very fast but she is passionate and really cares about her clients best interest. Great lawyer! She's a real go-getter, knows her stuff and isn't afraid to fight for the truth. I read the other review on here and she does talk a mile a minute, but she gets to the nitty gritty quickly. She can handle herself well in court and gets the information she wants out there. Saved us at the last minute on an emergency custody issue and really seemed to care which is hard to find in any lawyer.

sandra bonfiglio's communication skills leave much to be desired. she talks 100 miles an hour. she does not "listen" -- in person or via email. she is on personal vacation more than she is not and delegates to part-timers and assistants who are not in the know. bottom line, she is just not there for you, emotionally or physically. if you think hiring a woman will bring added value, this is not the woman to consider.
