I retained Mr.Lenaburg (Sampair Group) at the end of December 2015 to represent me in a child support case.After failing to provide the proper documentation at court,submitting incorrect documentation and incomplete exhibits,while not being able to communicate with me during court proceedings,due to his hearing loss (which can be verified through video of the proceedings and court records) Mr. Lenaburg took $14,000,never contacted me,and was gone from the firm.While I completed most of the footwork and research on the case (only asking him to complete the legal requirements),he failed to provide the services promised.
Continuous lack of organization, loss of documents, failure to respond to email and calls, went beyond personal misconduct.I am also concerned that his physical and mental capacities should be investigated before soliciting his services.As well, Sampair Group never contacted me or completed my case.
I would be very cautious retaining Mr. Harry Lenaburg or Sampair Group.
