The reviews for Hull, Holliday and Holliday are spot on. The landlords that use and pay for their services give them excellent marks. I've been using their services for years and you would be a fool to use anyone else for landlord tenant law. The tenants that fight Hull, Holliday and Holliday hate them and rate them accordingly. I think they do excellent work.

I was very pleased by the service I received from Denise Holliday, Matt Schlabach, and their firm. As local counsel to an out-of-state landlord, I hired Denise and her firm to help remove a tenant who knew she was unlawfully present and who knew how to work the system. Denise and Matt were very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and we obtained a successful result very quickly and surprisingly inexpensively. I recommend them highly.

Denise is aggressive and uses intimidation tactics to manipulate the courts, and her opponents. I recently faced her in court and she objected to everything I said because it was damaging to her clients and she was embarrassed that a non-lawyer was able to effectively question and destroy her witnesses on the stand to prove they'renothing more than bullies and liars. She refused to play by the rules and is generally a nasty human. I hope the bar association follows through on my complaint and determines that she is unethical but even if they don't, I'm happy to know she lives a miserable life. Denise is a wannabe pit bull attorney who looks more like a poodle.

Denise Holliday is unscrupulous, unethical & dishonest-she should be fined & disbarred. She filed an eviction vs me a day before the legal date & left the notice on my door a day earlier than the legal date. She knew the mgmt. company & I had already agreed I'd move out by the end of the month & I had already paid the rent + late fees so an eviction wasn't in order as there was nothing owed. I notified her of all that-she already knew that though-& that she needed to dismiss the case-she refused & still threatened to go through with the eviction so I'd have it on my record. She "offered" me a settlement agreement to stop the eviction & tried to get me to sign it with negative elements against me trying to trick me into signing it while trying to scare me by saying they'd evict me if I didn't sign. I refused, went to court & her firm dismissed the case. She made me take off work & go all the way to court knowing full well they were wrong doing something illegal. She's despicable.

Denise is the best attorney we have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is super knowledgeable, practical and charges very reasonable fees. Her landlord tenant classes are wonderful too. If we could rate her higher, we would.

I had the unfortunate experience of being contacted by DENISE HOLLIDAY of HULL, HOLLIDAY & HOLLIDAY law group. I looked her up online because I couldn't believe an actual attorney would be so sarcastic and unprofessional on the phone. She is truly an unfortunate example of the corrupt and dishonest element of the legal system. I perceived from our conversation that she is not above falsifying paperwork or telling outright lies. She seems to have no interest in what is right or wrong. What an unethical legal representation of someone's business. Considering her arrogant demeanor, disdainful attitude and obvious lack of respect for fairness or even the law, the people who employ her should be ashamed. Looking at the GOOGLE REVIEWS about this attorney under 'HULL ANDREW' it's obvious that even the people who hire her are not safe from her.
